For performance of such task the maximum efforts of all subjects of agro-industrial complex are required. We also prepare for such responsible and important work. Besides changes at us became ripe long ago. Not to mark time and continue to increase production, to get thus still big profit, it was necessary to take the plunge forward. The economic situation simply it obliged. So it developed that JSC Grodnokhleboprodukt though surely stood on the feet, but no spare cash had, profitability of let-out production didn't exceed 10 years ago 2-3 percent. The same situation was and as a whole on branch. Something should be changed urgently here. And here reforming of the organizations of bakeries according to the concept of creation of the regional production and financial holding, coordinated then began the Ministry of Agriculture and the food and the Grodno regional executive committee. But before to start big changes, all carefully weighed and counted each step. Calculations showed that it is possible to receive benefit from... the debtors who directly consume our production. Began with that at the first stage two lagging behind formula-feed plants attached, then took three low profitable agricultural production cooperatives, four pig-breeding complexes. In practice it turned out that our enterprise delivered compound feeds for own divisions therefore there were no any more problems with payment. For last reformatory years we became the uniform collective directed by the new purposes. As the basis took place in Skidel, the enterprise received the new name - JSC Agrokombinat Skidelsky

Today the open joint stock company «Agrokombinat "Skidelsky" is 10 branches.

 It is a mill productivity of 370 tons of processing of grain per day. For the same time three formula-feed enterprises let out 720 tons of production, and in krupyany shop 18 tons of grain are per day made. There is a branch on processing of 20 thousand tons маслосемян a rape in a year. Besides, in structure there are 4 pig-breeding complexes in capacity of 24-31 thousand heads of cultivation of pigs in a year everyone, on two of which there are shops of slaughter and pork processing. One more direction - a complex on откорму cattle on 5 thousand heads. Two integrated poultry farms in capacity of production of 37,8 thousand tons of fowl in live weight a year. 5 farms with total area of the farmland more than the 36th thousand hectares. In a retail distribution network we have 19 objects.
